Expo Vendor Information

Applications for the 2025 Master Your Garden Expo will be available soon! All information about the Expo should come directly from MGHC. If you would like to be considered for a vendor spot, please contact: expovendors@mghc.org.

The Master Gardeners of Hamilton County (MGHC) invite you to participate as a vendor/exhibitor at our “Master Your Garden” Expo taking place on Saturday & Sunday, April 12 & 13, 2024, at Camp Jordan Arena in East Ridge, TN. MGHC’s Expo is an ideal opportunity to create awareness and generate sales for your garden-related or nature-based product. Our venue is an enclosed, climate-controlled facility with a concrete floor, so rain or shine, we expect to have a great show. Through our promotional outreach, our attendees come from a 40-mile radius around Chattanooga. We have heard from many that they look forward to attending every year, and we endeavor to provide something new and different for all to enjoy.

If you are a vendor or exhibitor interested in participating in MGHC’s 2024
Garden Expo, please read the Vendor Letter for additional information. To take part in the Expo, please complete the Vendor Application and mail to the address at the bottom of the form or email to expovendors@mghc.org. Payment may be made by check or credit card via PayPal.

Expo Schedule

  • Setup: Friday, April 11th from 7am – 3:00pm
  • Morning Set Up: Saturday, April 12th & Sunday, April 13th from 7:00am – 9:45am
  • Garden Expo Hours:
    Saturday, April 12th from 10am-6pm
    Sunday, April 13th from 10am – 4pm
  • Take-down: Sunday, April 13th from 4pm – 8pm
  • Master Gardeners will be available onsite to assist you throughout the entire Expo

The first space comes with one table and two chairs. Additional spaces come with one table. More tables are available for $10 each and chairs for $2 each. Electrical hookups are $15.00.
