The Master Gardeners of Hamilton County, TN invite you to be a vendor/exhibitor at our 2024 Fall Garden Festival held on Saturday, September 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Hamilton County Extension Agricultural Center, 6183 Adamson Circle in Chattanooga. Space is limited so please respond quickly with your application and payment to reserve your space(s). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
If you are a vendor or exhibitor interested in participating in MGHC’s 2024 Fall Festival, please read the Vendor Letter for additional information. To take part in the Fall Festival, please complete the Registration Form and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form or email to fallvendors@mghc.org. Payment may be made by check or credit card via PayPal. (PayPal payments include the processing fee.)
Event Details
- Vendor spaces are 18’ x 18’ (2 parking spaces) and cost $75/space. Two spaces would be $150.
- The Festival is being held outdoors rain or shine.
- Vendor setup begins at 7:00 a.m. on September 28. Master Gardeners will be on hand to assist.
- Vendors must supply your own tents, tables and chairs.
- There is no access to electricity. Bring a generator if you need power.
- Water will be available but not food. There will be a food truck at the Festival.
- Break down starts at 4:00 pm. Master Gardeners will be available to assist as needed.
