3rd Saturday Class: Personal Flower Arranging

Personal flowers are those a person carries at a wedding or other special event, including bouquets, boutonnières, hair flowers, petal baskets, and even floral pet collars. In this class, floral designers Pam Guinn and Sarah Monroe will teach you the ins and outs of making personal flowers, focusing on pocket boutonnières and small hand bouquets. In the workshop portion of the class, you’ll apply what you learn to make your own flowers for prom or other occasions. Plan to bring a bouquet from your local grocery store and a silk ribbon of your choice. All other supplies will be provided to create a lovely personal flower arrangement.
Classes are held in person at the UT/TSU Hamilton County Extension (6183 Adamson Circle, off Bonny Oaks Drive in Chattanooga).
