3rd Saturday Class: All About High Tunnels

September 21 @ 10:00 am 12:00 pm

High tunnels are used to extend the growing season and can also be helpful in deterring pests. Similar to greenhouses, high tunnels use passive solar radiation for heat making them environmentally friendly and cost-efficient. Master Gardener Kendra Ware will talk about her personal experiences with high tunnels and will explain how to purchase and set them up, as well as discussing additional uses.
