3rd Saturday Class: Creating Holiday Decorations with Live Greens
November 21 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Master Gardener Jane Brower leads this popular yearly class in making holiday wreaths and other decorations using live greenery. Participants should bring their own 12″-16″ wreath or other base (vines, wire or styrofoam). The Master Gardeners will provide the greenery and other natural items (pine cones, berries, dried flowers) from their own gardens, demonstrating the wide variety of plants that can be used. Instructions and tools along with decorative ribbons will be provided as well with Master Gardeners on hand to assist. This is a fun way to create personalized decorations using natural elements which add a special touch to the holidays with their fresh feel and fragrance.
